Here is Dan’s heartfelt defense of his not-on-acidness during any and every part of the making of this video.
Not convinced.
This is literally fifteen minutes of West reading aloud, so Wire fans only, I guess. If that didn’t scare you off then this is definitely worth watching, even if it’s only to hear him talk in his real accent for more than a minute.
Honestly, though, couldn’t they have at least switched out the teacup for a mini bottle of Jameson?

New District 9 trailer.
I have to say that the first one with the interrogation room scene sparked my interest a little bit more than this one. The first didn’t really give you much of an idea what to think. This one looks a little bit like 28 Days after Starship Troopers. Probably just a case of first half of movie in first trailer, second half of movie in second. I’m still intrigued, I was just hoping this would be a little more Children of Moonmen.

This looks great. One thing I can’t really understand is making the thug Giants player reminiscent of Larry Fitzgerald.
If you ran into Larry at a bar he’d be more likely to quietly read you a Wordsworth poem than to beat the crap out of you.
Hopefully this movie will mark the end of grudgingly answering “yes, the guy from King of Queens” when talking up Patton Oswalt.
because it’s about damn time somebody brought that Tom Green guy down a notch! I’m sick and tired of his holy cow persona, quietly making online videos and posting them to his website after completely falling out of the public consciousness. I’m just glad somebody finally had the gumption to kick a totally forgotten celebrity while he’s down. The great thing about internet culture is how topical and “now” it is!
So who’s next? Does Ananda have a wesbite?

Side note: keep an eye out for Billy Crudup during the shoot-out in the woods, he can be seen in the top righthand corner of the screen literally devouring the scenery.
